Bump on my pinky toe?????

I have this shiny bump on the left side of my pinky toe, and it hurts like crazy when I step, there's also a smaller one under it and earlier I was wearing socks. Does anyone know what this is??

i'd go to the doctor.. i haven't heard about anything like that..
