Bump under chin when biting?

Question

Okay, so this is the third time it has happened. It happened last year and in May.

I was eating my sandwich, and I took a big bite out of it. As I opened my mouth, a small bumb appeared under my chin, and I just pushed it back up. Weird, it felt like my jaw. And then it was gone... Anyone know what this is?
