Bumper sticker I keep seeing in or around Portland, OR?

Okay it's like a half alligator half human thing. It's a black and white bumper sticker but I can never read what's on it. Do you know what this is or what it's advertising?

Oh the upper torso is the human part and I believe the bottom is alligator. That's all i can ever manage to read is the alligator part.

If so, I've seen this sticker everywhere too.  I assumed it was for some sort of rock band until I was actually able to get a close-up look at one.  It's a great eye-catching bumper sticker -- unfortunately it's also completely ineffective since no one can recall what it's suppose to advertise.
