I switched my face wash from phisaderm to a face wash that had a slight scrub to it. I went through the bottle and saw groups of bumps same color as my skin on my chin. Mainly two groups at the edges of my mouth going downwards. I am using new face wash with no scrubs now. But also using my green mask and benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid topicals. How do i get rid of them?? I hear an aspirin paste works , ill try that tomorrow but should i try scrubbing them again, try to squeeze them out? Someone said it might be acne comedonica but i see pictures and it doesn't look like them or maybe it is. Any suggestions. I also will apply my alpha hydroxy lotion by neutrogena healthy skin. Please help!!! these suck!!!

  1. you shuld try clearisal skin perfecting wash.

i use  it and so do alot of my friends.

    its works rlly good.

    hope i helped. :]

  2. Sounds lie the same thing that i had. I switched from one face wash to another. And d**n my face was messed up for about 1 week. It got really irritated and got little bumps much lie you have mentioned.

Just apply lotion to ure skin if it gets too dry, but you will have to wait it out

  3. Only use one or two products.  I count five products and this is just going to dry out you skin.  By over drying your skin you will make your acne worse not better.

I suggest using the non scrub wash daily and apply the salicylic acid cream only to the area were you need it.   Use the mask as a spot treatment at night and once a week on your whole face.  Stop using the benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy for now as they are the most drying.

  4. wash ur face with soap every single morning, and  after a while see how it is!! see a doctor or don't touch it let it heal on its own.
