  1. Ive been going to the gym for 3 years and you should see my hands. They are called calluses and its just dry skin protecting your vulnrable points. Wait till you start doing chin ups, dips, and bicep curls. They are going to get bigger. If your hands are also dry they are going to peel off. when im bored i get nail clippers and cut mine off and now ive got purple ones that look yours.

The best thing to do is buy gym gloves. They dont have fingers so just protect your hands and the area in your photo. When i started i was too skinny to wear them cause only the massive guys do. So if your the same just put them on for certain exercises then take them off. I only really wear mine for chin ups.

  2. called caluses, just extra skin to protect your hands

That's what weightlifting gloves are for

  3. Yes they are calluses but I've never gotten them from bench pressing. Maybe you aren't holding the bar right. Most of the weight should be on your thumb and the heel of your hand. Get yourself a pair of weight lifting gloves and that'll solve ther problem.

  4. They are clauses, everyone gets them.  Most people get then on the side of their pointer finger on their writing hand.  Its extra skin your body grows to held protect your hands.   You cant get rid of them, but try wearing gloves to prevent them.

  5. buy special gloves :)
