Bumps on my tongue, hurt bad!!

Question

Well, there are many small bumps on the back of my tongue, and they hurt when touched. i came up with 2 scenario's of what it could be, but i would like another opinion.

1: yesterday we went to a restaurant, and i ate Potato skins bacon and french fries as a appetizer. think it relates to salt?

2: Could it be from sexual activity? (oral)
