Bundled Stiches

Question

Hi,

I have Bernina Virtuosa 150. When I sew, the lower stitches bundles (see image below). I have cleaned the machine hook & used the right needles. I live in Hong Kong and can't find a Bernina Technical service available here. What can I do to fix the problem myself? Thanks in anticipation.
