  1. In theory your bank will eventually draw the money out of your account, and on top of it charge you a service charge for being overdrawn, so it really is your money.

  2. You can't. At least in Texas I know for sure lottery tickets have to be bought with CASH.

  3. No tickey no laundry...

  4. You cannot buy lottery tickets with a debit card.

  5. i live in arizona and you can buy lottery on your debit card you just cant buy lottery tickets with a credit cards

  6. It belongs to you.

  7. It isn't possible to purchase anything with a debit card if there isn't anything for it to draw on, is it? Debit cards are tied to money already in an account, so if nothing were in it, if the account was at zero, then wouldn't your debit card simply be denied?

If it were possible, then any money won would be yours since you made the purchase.

  8. Jennifer is not correct. You CAN buy a lottery ticket with a debit card(atm) but not a credit card. The money would belong to you. The transaction is complete on the end of the store, you have to of course pay your overdraft fee.

  9. the money would still belong to you, the bank is only entitled to collect the money it is owed on the card.
