Burbank Airpot noise restrictions?

Question

If I am not mistaken, the FAA placed a restriction on hours of operation for Burbank Airport. If anyone has the hours which Burbank airport does not function, I would really appreciate it.

Not the FAA. It's a city ordinance. Land after sunset in Aspen, the crew goes to jail.
