I was wondering if anyone had any bad experience at BK. I just encountered a nasty female manager/supervisor type of employee yesterday. She treated me like I just got out of the cave or fresh off the boat. She got upset when I had a question on what I paid for. She clasped the receipt and threw it on the floor. THAT WAS SO UNNECESSARY!

With so many other BK competitors and good restaurants, I don't think I will go back to BK anymore, especially this BK store.

  1. No don't go back. Look on there website and see if there is a complaint form or a phone number you can call. The company hates bad revues. Also they want to know about problems especially with managers.They will respond and try to fix your problem. Be persitant  and make your problems known.................UJN

  3. Mine wasn't quite as bad as yours ... but I was still made to feel like I was unimportant.  I went through Drive-Thru and ordered a Combo with a Root Beer.  The person was very flip as they quickly answered, "We don't have root beer".

    Okay.  If you don't have root beer in DT, just explain nicely so that the customer can understand.  Also explain that you can't, or simply won't, go out into the Lobby to fix root beer!  But don't let me come in there to dine a few days later ... and discover that you DO have root beer out in Lobby!

    WHAT?!  I don't deserve enough respect to at least say that root beer is only available in the Lobby?  I have to go INside to find out?  You think I'm not adult enough to handle the fact that it's just not worth it to constantly run out into Lobby every time someone wants a root beer?  PLEASE!

    I'm sorry ... THAT just ain't cool!!!

  4. Yes, i feel for you man. I had a similar experience. Those BK workers feel like they don't need criticism and take it out on the innocent customer who makes the restaurants thrive.

I feel your pain.  Unfortunately these corporations are so big that a few people complaining won't really make a difference.  Unless you really start protesting and putting a lot of effort for people to boycott BK, it won't matter if you stop going there or not.  They will still reap HUGE profits.  I mean...I wouldn't waste time and write letters because usually the corporate heads don't care.  I used to work in the corporate complaints department for a national food chain and trust me, I honestly didn't care and neither did anyone else.  As long as my paycheck kept rolling in it didn't matter.

  6. Yes i have has a bad experience at BK. My boyfriend and i was going to get something to eat and we went through the drive thru the lady was very rude she yelled at him because they had changed  there sizes of the value meals and he kept asking for king size the lady just started yelling at him.  I mean we didn't even know that they didn't have king size anymore. Then when we got to the window she was just very snobish so some people at BK are nice and some as like they are better than others.
