I am applying to be an assistant manager. I don't have any experience being a manager, but I have worked at McDonalds & the grocery store. What will help me get the job?

  1. State on your application that you are a natural born leader, a fast learner, have a knack for details, and that you are very mature and responsible. Convince them on your application that the manager would find you to be an asset as an assistant.

  2. Previous job experience helps, but it all depends on how long you were there, what you did and more.

Find out on the BK website if they have a management training program. McDonalds has a good program that even gives some credits toward college courses--and tuition aid plans.

  3. Reallyy the only chance of getting a managerspositionn is if you have previous managing or at least assisted managerpositionn. If you have been there for a while and you are a real good worker and you know everything about the store there is a chance they can will train you. I have been thru this before with dominoes and my cousin works at Burger King

  4. you have to have at least some management experience before they will do nething or if theyre really desperate for the help they will take the time to train you
