Hi I teach Burlesque, as well as Pole Dancing for fun and fitness. Pole dancing helps burn calories, improves upper body strentgh and tones abs, thighs & every muscle in your body! While Burlesque is great for improving or helping posture and loosening lower back muscles. None of my classes involve nuditiy or stripping just lots of fun. Email me for details.
