Burn .mov file to DVD: very difficulut

Question

I used movieworks software to make .mov file clips, like to burn

to my pioneer DVR (1910LS). The default software is nero 8, seems

that the files cannot be burned to DVD. My question is that: this DVR

with default nero8 only accept movies made by nero vision, rather then

other .mov by different software? pls help.
