Burned Seagate Drive. The drive was smelling fire.... No voltage stabilizer and a cheap power

The drive was smelling fire.... No voltage stabilizer and a cheap power supply. The had drive wont start any more and it smell burn if we plug it for more than 2 seconds... I got 20 Gbytes of stuff on this drive but no back up, is it possible to repair it ?
