Burned adrenals???

Question

I have been tested and my adrenals are blown. Has anyone been through that, and how long does it take to recover? I used to sleep very little, and now it is improving. Please offer any experiences you may have had.

Burned adrenals???  Is that the same as "adrenal insufficiency?"  If so, medical treatment is available to replace any needed adrenal hormones.  An endocrinologist (physician) should be guiding you as the adrenal is their area of specialized knowledge.
