Burner not full force

Question

I have and intertherm propane forced air with a single burner. when the thermostat calls for heat the exhaust blower turns on and because the pilot is always on the burner turns on also.. but the burner isnt strong enough to heat the box so the blower motor never gets the signal to turn on
