Burner problem 2004 Grill

Question

I recently replaced all 3 burner tubes. The left and center tube are working but the right tube will not ignite. It seems like there is not enough gas getting to all of the burners. I have to hold the k***s in for a minute or 2 to get a sustanined flame. Otherwise they may blow out. I have taken the panel apart to make sure the gas inlet hole is clear and tried to slightly reposition burners. Still having problems. I used to be able to light one burner and the others would immediatley catch.
