  1. you have to convert it to vob first then burn it to disk... check afterdawnforums for a guide on how to convert

  2. Download ConvertXToDVD

It's the best for buring avi files and other movies files.

Used for lots of movies already!

  3. Download this and you can probably play any video on computer.

  4. I would recommend you download ConvertXtoDVD. Ive been using it for a year now, on windows, never had a problem!

It will convert your video files to the dvd format readable by all standard dvd players, then burn automatically to DVD!

it is easy to use, fast and it works perfect for me.. give it a try, you'll love it

    1. Download ConvertXtoDVD from vso official site here:

    http://www.vso-software.fr/products/conv...

It can convert any video file.. like

avi, divx, xvid, mov, mkv, flv ,youtube,  mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg-, nsv, dvr-ms, tivo, ts, ifo, vob, asf, wmv, realmedia, rm, rmvb, ogm,

    2. Add or drag-n-drop as many video files as the DVD can handle

    3. Insert blank DVD

    4. Click "Convert"

    5. Enjoy watching those video files on your home DVD player! =)

ConvertXtoDVD has a lot of extra nice features too,

for example you can make your own DVD menu or auto-generate it, add subtitles, auto-burn to dvd or save your conversion.

  5. I don't know if your movie is one file or not, but if you have a DVD player that can play AVI files, then all you have to do is burn the file(s) onto your blank DVD as a data file (i.e. you will make a data DVD by copying your files onto the DVD and not actually burning a normal DVD).  When you put this disc in your AVI-compatible DVD player, it will show the files on the disc and you just select it to play.  However, do not mix other types of files on the disc, just the AVI files.

I have several AVI videos that I have on a DVD as files and they play on my DVD player with no problems.  Most DVD players these days should be able to play different types of files.  No need to convert the files first.

  6. use winavi converter, roxio easy media 10 , magic video converter

new dvd players have codecs installed to play avi format...mine does. so if u have some latest dvd player and burn the movie as it is(avi) as data dvd... there wont be any problem... but please try this first on a rewritable cd... i wont want u 2 waste a dvd
