Burning CD using windows media player?

I'm new with computers and my music list in window media play, there an option saying 'Burn files to disk'

They not catch fire will they

    its just the word they use because the laser in the cd drawer 'burns' the new data onto the surface of the dvd/cd - no fire involved! :-)

    PS - you dont need ImToo or any other suggested rubbish to burn cds or dvds.
