Burning Eye Sensation?

I was sitting at the computer and I think I might have reached up and touched my eye, but am not sure and all of a sudden my eye started burning so bad I started crying and ran and got water and washed my eye out. Now my eye looks like it has some broken blood vessels in the right side. Now when I cover one eye the vision in the other eye isn't as good. This happened just like 5 minutes ago. What could have happened and how long will it be like this??

You had something on your finger and you touched your eye, so whatever you had it on burnt your eye! Go to the Hospital!
