Burning Issue on + disc HL-DT-ST DVDRRW...

Have this problem burning + disc Once in a while I'll get a bright thin circle where it looks like it didn't burn or something. Disc will not play, have tried various blanks, Sony, TDK, HP etc. My firmware version is 1.05. Is their a newer firmware version for this model?ThanksCharles McGuirecayotwist@netscape.net
