Burning in shoulders

Question

Hi lately ive been experiencing a sunburn- like pain on the top of my shoulders, but my shoulders are not sunburned. I once got burned a year ago and every now and then i get this burning pain back. I do not know what it is but i go to the dermantologist often for skin checks so.. im not sure any idea

May be muscle spasm and that's all . If you aren't in the sun or just for a few minutes it shouldn't be that way .Good luck and have a great day .
