Burning ogm files to dvd?

is there a way to burn ogm files to a dvd. i have a file that is dual audio with subtitles. is it possible to burn it and still be able to switch between the audio and also be able to control the subtitles that are on there like a regular dvd? is there a program that could do that (free)?
