Burning pic.& viedos onto a DVD?

Im looking for a free photo site to organize all my pic. & viedo i download off my kodak easy share C813 dig. camera,a site that i can burn pic.&viedos togeather with some backround music onto a dvd,that will alow me too play it on my TV. ps. im going through h**l with this so please make it as easy as posible.
