  3. lol...i don't believe you guys in the UK feast on Indian fare! i'm Indian, born, brought up & presenting residing in Bombay, India, & have just done cooking supper...spicy chicken vindaloo curry....BTW, you should know that Vindaloo is not traditionally Indian fare...its PORTUGUESE !!! Honest, one of the legacies from the Portuguese missionaries who lived in India decades ago.

  4. It's kinda Hobson's Choice, isn't it, what we eat late on Saturday night?   there's only Indy places open.

  5. The decision to go for a curry on a Saturday night is often alcohol-fuelled. Despite knowing the damage that almost always follows, we choose a hotter and spicier curry than we would usually do when completely sober.

    My experience of Rogan Josh and Jalfrezi is that the latter is the hotter of the two.
