Burning throat (that kills you+ irritating , difficulty breathing, what could it be for a fat person?

I have a brother who is fat boy, doesn't do exercice, always eat sausage, rice, chips, ceral and soya sauce, always on the computer or tv. For over 2 years, at night, he wakes up and have difficulty breathing, his throat is burning like crazy and cough sometimes (he always wakes up our neirgbor with his yelling about how his throat burns and start act like a child when he's 13 (he doesn't have a mental problem but i really wish it was that) I'M asking a doctor or someone who experience or someone who knows what it is. My mom doesn't want to go to the hospital since she says that a human being has to depend only on himself

He's 13 and fat, i dunno the weight but he's very chubby and has a lot of fat (I WANT TO SLEEP IN PEACE)

i dunno if it's allergy or something but the yelling has to stop!!!

He needs to see a gastroenterologist yesterday!

He likely has some form of reflux, allowing stomach acid into his esophagus, burning the lining of his upper gastrointestinal tract.  Untreated, this can weaken the tissues and lead to cancer in the throat and esophagus.  You don't want your brother to get that!  You mother, I am afraid, is seriously neglecting his medical needs.  I am not sure where you live, but I would call the doctor for him if you can.  This may very well be some serious stuff he's dealing with.
