Burning tongue after eatting sour stuff...?

Whenever I eat sour stuff like chips, or sour candy, my tongue gets really senstive and stings..why is that? feels like its on fire...

lol...once I burned off all my tastebuds with those "Warhead" sour candies. They are coated in a layer of battery acid, I swear. If this is really bothersome, I would avoid those foods for at least a day or two to give your 'buds a rest! And when you do eat this food/candy, don't eat as much. It really works! Good luck!

That happens to me too. Sour Patch Kids are my favorite candy. After eating a pouch of them, my tongue feels like a layer has been eaten off. It goes away after a couple days. Ouch!
