Burnpark Sparky set to win A2 500m Flat
The A. Stone trained black dog, Burnpark Sparky, seems to be in the most favourable position to win the A2 500m Flat that is going to take place at Nottingham racecourse on Monday night, August 6. The high-voltage race is scheduled to start at 19:22 (GMT).
For the sake of the prize money worth £124, the three-year-old veteran hound will compete confidently against five worthy rivals after breaking from the blue box.
The talented son of Balintore Brave out of Burnpark Kay has accomplished a number of iconic feats since the dawn of the calendar year. During the last couple of months, he delivered some impressive and outstanding performances.
After winning a T3 race over 500 meters on July 6, the dashing dog elegantly finished first in the Betfred 'The Bonus King' Stakes on July 14. Both of these races were held at Nottingham.
The skilled sprinter stepped forward to finish as the runner-up in the A2 500m Flat again at the same venue on July 20. He elegantly won the Greyhound Sporting League - Leg 6 on July 27. That was his last outing.
