Burns around my p***s...its itchy and get burn and it hurts..?

this starts august last year... the skins around my p***s is very itchy i rub it and later it turns dark and some part bleeds a little bit.. now it getting bigger it spreads around of my p***s. what should I do? I'm shy to go to doctor.. and if i went to the doctor, you think how much i will spend? by the way i'm 14y/o from philippines.

You may have Psoriasis, you need anti fungal cream prescribed by your doctor.

doctors deal with this stuff all day.  go see one, things will only get worse.
