  1. guinea pigs naturally make noise and it should be no cause for alarm. but you kno your piggy best so maybe he's lonely. check the website

  2. i would get him a new friend it seems as he is lonely

  3. Guinea pigs make the "burrr" rumble noise when they are in displeasure. It can either be caused by petting them near the rump, or if you have an absynian pig with rosettes whos hair goes in all directions, when you pet against the way the furr grows. It can be caused as well when they hear a noise they dislike. Many and I mean MANY people mistake this as a purr. However, they would not purr for just a few seconds at a time, and they do it whenever they are uncomfortable from either being petted wrongly, or hear something annoying.

A purr is more of a softer, talking type of wheak. You would experience that sound while snuggeling with them or petting them behind their ears. People describe it as their guinea pig "talking".

Otherwise, he MIGHT be rubmeling for dominence if he still smells his buddy on some of the materials. You know this will be it if he starts rumblestrutting (doing a little dance with it)

  4. Well rumbling is usually a dominance thing, seeing as he's alone I'm not sure why he's doing it.

This site has clips of noises and descriptions of what they mean. I would quote but it won't let me copy + paste. So you will have to look at the link.

  5. Haha this is signs of a happy guinea pig :]

Have you not done your research?, tisk tisk

If you type "guinea pig" in http://www.wikipedia.org they should have the list of sounds the guinea pig makes and they tell you what they mean.

    Hope I helped! :)
