Bus evacuation procedures?

Are you talking about school bus?  To evacuate a school bus out the back door..you have two students to help the others jump out and 2 to make a line 100 feet away from the bus. Have the 2 back door helpers get out first and then help the other 2 "sandwich helpers" get out.  The children should evacuate seat by seat from back to front.  They should leave their belongings on the bus also.  As the kids get out, they go in between the two "pieces of bread" and make a safety sandwich! The bus driver is the last one out and she makes sure everyone is out safely.
