Bus or Train from New Rochelle, N.Y. to Albany, N.Y.?

I need to go to Albany on April 4th for the Geography Bee. Is there any bus or train that goes to Albany? Please tell me a website in which can help me!

Best way is to take Bee-Line Bus ($2 with coins or MetroCard) to Croton-Harmon RR Station, then take AMTRAK to Albany for Albany Bus Service.

Greyhound Bus goes to Albany from New Rochelle or White Plains but it only late afternoon to Albany Airport only.
