Bus-rail interchanges! Where in the UK are the best ones?

Question

(ie facilities for you to get off the train and convieniently catch a bus and vice versa)

Any examples in Wales especially appreciated.

I don't know about Wales, but the one in Sheffield, South Yorkshire is pretty good.

The rail and bus stations aren't joined together but they're only a very short walk apart, the whole area around the train station has been re-developed and it looks fantastic.
