You can go all across the country by bus if you want to, so that aspect of it is no problem.  As others have mentioned, check the Greyhound site.  

Are you thinking to go by bus because it is cheaper?  It actually often isn't cheaper than flying, especially when you include the extra expenses along the way for food and so on.  If you are looking for the least expensive way, check the airlines' own websites, Air Canada and WestJet, and look for fares, especially if you can be flexible with the dates, and you will probably find a flight for a very reasonable amount of  money and you won't have to spend days on a bus.  Best of luck.
