Bus timeing from /to ajman or sharjah?

hai, i am workimg in aweer and staying in ajman. my office time is 8.am to 8 pm. i want to known that at morning from where and at which time i can get bus from ajman and back at night to ajman from aweer(time of bus). pls help me.
