Let's review....

1 - NOLA is below sea level

2 - corrupt state and local govt never built/corrected levy system after 30+ years of money being appropriated for it (including federal  - meaning my - and private industry dollars)

3 - mayor watches a cat 5 hurricane scream up the gulf and sends buses and amtrak away leaving 1000's of people stranded

4 - state officials busy hiding bribe money in their freezers

5 - Superdome is taken over by a mob who obviously have no regard for themselves or others, and obviously think someone else is supposed to do everything for them.  (I'm sure you can find the youtube clip of the woman cursing the man who was attempting to help her by giving her his meal - good enough for the person trying to help her, not good enough for her, I guess).  How hard is it to keep a cool head and behave in a civil manner, really?  My four year old has more sense.

6 - US govt - again, my money - pays to rebuild NOLA, not fast enough for the people waiting for handouts, apparenty, meanwhile houses them and gives them cash cards which they promptly spend on Lous Vuitton handbags and flat screen tv's, complaining all the while.

Don't try to sell me on the isolated incidents cr** - this is an attitude of entitlement which Obama tends to cultivate even further.

Not one of the occurences had one thing to do with anything George Bush's admin. did or did not do.  Get over it.  I have to go back to work now so I can pay for someone else's stuff.  Apparently the large percentage of my income I donate to charity doesn't cut it.

P.S. I have been in a life or death emergency and have managed to not shoot at the people trying to rescue me - it is possible.

he knew about bin laden and or military was attacked on his watch by osama and he fired a few missiles. He could have taken Laden out many years before 9-11

lets get it straight here...it's not up to the President to rush to the aid of a State that that needs help... the Gov. has to request that... the self righteous..God forbid I can't be seen as not being in control idiot in charge , I got it under control Gov.  of La. is to blame.  He waited too long. You want to make up the rules as you go for political gain?
