Bush RFT TV. The colours on screen have changed with blue and green being the dominant colours

The colours on screen have changed with blue and green being the dominant colours now. There seems to be a lack of red ie, all people are now light blue. There seems to be a halo effect around the outside edge of the screen. I have tried reconnecting scart and changing setting on the TV but no joy. I'm now worrying that it's something more terminal!The picture on my tv is mainly blue and green for about 2 weeks. I just turned on my tv and it was like this. I have reset the picture settings and taken out the scart cable but the colour on the screen is not changing. Can anyone help with this please?
