Don't look now, but radioactivity is a non-issue. While depleted uranium (depleted of most of its radioactive isotopes: that's where it gets its name), everything has a degree of radioactivity in it. You're safer from radioactivity in Baghdad than in Denver, for instance, simply because of altitude. And making up absurd numbers like "10 million pounds" only makes your non-argument look even sillier.
