Bush free view system switches on during the night

Question

I purchased a Bush freeview box for my fathers 70th birthday which he was pleased,however my parents are stating that prior to going to bed they switch the system to stand by and during the early hours the system switches itself on.
This means that they have resorted in un plugging the system every evening which isn't ideal,can you help please?
