You are slightly confused, Bush did not go into Iraq to "help the Kurds". why cant African countries intervene in Zimbabwe or the Zimbabweans themselves take to the streets and remove him

We in the West are bit of hypocrites as far as rouge governments around the globe are concerned.  We back the tyrants to suit our purposes.  Classical example is the Shah of Iran who the Americans helped to over throw the democratically elected government of the day, then we whinge when Ayatollah`s take over???Sour grapes if you ask me???you not think so??? Until we get our house in order we should let others get on with their lives. Just look at credit crunch I bet the Bush and co are blaming the financial markets for this yet Bush and co would be sharp in taking the credit if things in economy were going well.

Bush couldn't give a toss about the Zimbabwe people - no oil, no natural resources to exploit.

Also, what is going on in Zimbabwe is sick but it is an independent country and as such, no other country has the legal right to invade.  That would be seen as an act of aggression.  All we can do is make it tough for Mugabe but the African states must take the lead in this.  Possibly refusing to acknowledge him as President and refuse him access to any other country would be a start.

Who controlled that country at one time What part of the world colonised Africa was it not the EU and the U K now why is it America that must do something about it ?
