  1. The standard Business Days are Monday - Friday.

    It may be different in other countries, but for the US this is standard.

  3. Most of the time, no. Some companies will include Saturday as a business day, but that is more of an exception, than what you should consider to be rule of thumb. Monday - Friday will be business days, shy of any holidays.
