Business Ideas/ Investments???

Question

I need a few suggestions of good business ideas that require very little or no investment that would work in Trinidad. Or some form of profitable Investment, ways of becoming a successful in owning your own company. Who to go to, who to speak with, anything. I'm just a youth trying to create some positivity in my life. Thanks to all contributors

forget the stockmaket for now ....

Read the business section in the newspapers, they give out hints by not saying somethings, you just have to read between the lines

If i had to get into any business now i would go in to the service industry for cars ( you see how much on the road)

A friend of mine started selling tires only, now its rims tires, mods you name it he will do it.

Well if you have finished secondary school and a degree/diploma or something along those lines, get some experience at a workplace. If you already done that, try finding a business partner, someone you trust and with business experience to start off with

Some ideas o a business can be catering, retail shops, invest in handbags and accessories or clothes, u can offer tutoring to high school and primary school kids,(this  can be done at home and once u develop a great reputation u can open an after school service and hire others to teach more subjects) You can invest in the stock market, for now, while getting some more work experience to help building a reputation.

It is brilliant to see a positive young person, trying to broaden her horizons and trying to do something  positive with their lives.

business ideas that require no investments dont exist in trinidad.. well any decent ones anyways...

u say u are a youth, finish school to the highest level and try earning some money first... or for now if  u invest in the stockmarket little by little things should work out...

SOLVE THE DAILY DILEMMA:  What;s for lunch or what's for dinner?

Something that you can do with limited or no income is to start up a meal and menu business, offering people weekly dinner and meal plans via email and/or through regular mail , if some of them do not have computers or printers.

Even if you're not a cook or a chef, you can use a cooking software which will do all the work for you, but you have to input your customers info ... The most this business will cost you to setup is about $300 and some of your time, and the profits are very nice.

I personally do this business in Trinidad and I am doing very well. Just over 400 clients and it's only from word of mouth.

You can charge  a small amount for your services, between $5 and $15 a month, but if they are paying quarterly or yearly, you can offer a discount, over 200 of my customers pay quarterly and the rest pays monthly. I have never advertised my services in Trinidad, it was all done by word of mouth.

You can start teaching/tutoring other people something that you're an expert in, and very passionate about.

Buy some KFC stocks!  Seriously, they are a very profitable company.  

Bottled Water - All yuh have to do is go up Maracas - Las Cuevas and bottle the spring water, and sell it!  (of course everything must be done ethically)

Are you handy with a computer - have a home based business doing flyers, business cards, greeting cards, or type resumes, letters for persons who cannot do it for themselves.
