For promoting products like mobile phones, Internet advertising, with adveritising on leading portals like MSN or Yahoo are best way. In order to lift up right response for your promotion, remember to advertise in form of :

Quiz, Survey,or a promotional schemes.

People just do not love to shop for mobiles, instantly, but they would love to play quiz, or chance to win form material on your websites or place.

Secondly, Use something that are of people real use, once, they feel the use of it,  your would just need to sell it, coz, people would already be knowing it.
