We have been doing business with a 3rd party warehouse for 2 years , everything running well until this january the 3rd party added a monthly renting fee to us .We asked for the original business contract (we lost it ) they 3rd party sent us a new one .we refuse to sign it and asked for the original one , however , they said the original one is not valid in Texas . But since we have being doing business for two years with them , there should be a “implied-contract(implied-in-fact-contra... †between us . Do them violate the law if they refuse to give us the original contract and stop our business ?
