does anyone know where i can find a list of all the football clubs and teams in west yorkshire?

Not from England but they surely must have a overseeing body that handles scheduling etc. I'd start there.

The next place is contact the local facilities and see if they can help. They have to play someplace.

Finally contact the local newspaper and talk to the sports department. They can prob steer you in the right direction.
