Business ideas from kids like 10?

Ok, I got a tough question for all you great people out there. I am 10. Is it really that hard to believe? OK, well I have the maturity of like a 15 year old. I am like a computer wizard. I just recently moved to Cali. In the neighbourhood my family is about to purchase a house in has some rules like: you can't wash cars in the street. I find that HORRIBLE. Before I moved me and a friend had a car washing business. I were raking in like $50 for one days work on a weekend. $50 each, so $100 in total. Lawn work. I hate it. Also here, people have lawns so small when i got to the hairdresser they cut off more than they have grass, so NO. Baby sitting. Do you really think they're going to hire a 10 year old? I know i have the maturity of a 15 year old but what if they choke! Any suggestions? Please I'm short of cash this summer. Oh PS, I don't really want to have a business doing something with computer. I love them but i want a change.

lawn contracting business at age 12!!

I don't "sell kids short."

I would love it if you could send me

any proof that any city in the US

is permitted [or even a closed gated

community] that is permitted to restrict

car washing in the street.  While

on a drive way is superior and safer,

at a curb on the street is 100% ok.

but if your biz can easily disrupt cars,

that is another story [on the street.]
