I doubt if any websites publish business plans tailor made to Ghana.  You may want to check with your department of trade or whatever the name of the government agency that helps small businesses in your country.

However, you may want to check with some US-prepared business plans on how to start a restaurant -- and then just adjust it to the conditions in your country and how restaurants are operated in Ghana
