Business venture question...please help?

Corporation A, B, and C would all like to be associated in a business venture. They decided to call this new venture "A-Z". What advice would you give on how to structure this transaction?

starting a new business whether it is a venture partnership or not is something that takes a lot of research.  believe me, i went through all this myself as well.

unfortunately i am not able to answer your question since there is no basic cut and dry answer because there is no "typical" structure and or transaction.

check out the sites and you will see what i mean . . . you will find that you have a more in depth question than you are aware of, but the information you gather will bring you closer to your goal . . . what ever that may be.
