Businesses without websites?

what are the best sources to locate businesses without websites and / or those that are looking to change their web hosting?

Um...the best way would be to actually have a website. The ones without websites usually have a MySpace or Facebook page, which is usually subpar.

btw; I run a web design company. If you see one you think 'should' have a website, tell them about "Circledragon.com"

I'm not trying to advertise; I just happened to be looking at this, and I myself believe everyone should be on the internet (Kids with filters, of course)
