Businessweek Theme Website Template??

HI. are there any 'ready made' website templates that look very similar to the functionality of businessweek? or cnn.com or nytimes.com ? :D ha. thanks. just wondering if its possible. and what hte Price would be?

You seem to be mixing a few things together here.  I will do my best to seperate out the items.

1.) Website templates are the look and feel of the website, they don't (typically) involve any functionality.  Those can be found at: http://www.templatemonster.com

2.) Functionality is done by programmers and they are either in-house or you can hire them through freelance sources like http://www.rentacoder.com or http://www.guru.com.  Additionally, there are programming firms that could help you take your project from an idea into reality.

3.) Are you the same person that was asking who was the firm who produced the BusinessWeek website?  If so more likely than not it was done by in-house developers.  I doubt that any firm did it.
